Reuse of industrial by-products?

Our factory generates a large amount of by-products during the product manufacturing process. These by-products mainly consist of a mixture of calcium phosphate, calcium hypophosphite, calcium glycinate, calcium chloride, calcium hydroxide, as well as calcium salts of other minor organic compounds. I believe these materials could find applications in the cement industry, and I hope that experts can offer some guidance. If necessary, we can provide samples for testing! If these materials do not contain radioactive substances, they can be used to make building materials such as cement.
Analyzing the components shows that there are no harmful heavy metals or radioactive substances, so it’s acceptable
Could phosphates be considered as a fertilizer? I think making fertilizers is a pretty good thing
This is likely a by-product of the production of phosphate fertilizers or phosphate-based products; it can be used as building material. It can be added in certain amounts to cement, and it can also be used to manufacture tiles for urban sidewalks and similar applications. It can also be used as a binder for drilling mud, but its drying time is too long.
What can be recycled should be recycled; it’s a win-win situation. First, it can generate economic benefits for the recyclers; second, it can reduce pollution; third, it alleviates the pollution discharge pressure on the emitting enterprises. If the original company is unable to recycle it on its own, or if it is not economically viable to do so, it can approach cement-related companies to handle the recycling.

There are requirements for cement regarding chloride ions; it may not be suitable if it contains calcium chloride.

The idea is good, but reality is cruel; it’s theoretically possible, yet environmental regulations prevent it from being implemented. Our factory had to suspend operations for three months because the environmental impact assessment hadn’t been approved yet :( :( :(
