May I ask: What are the characteristics of carbon steel wires?
Spring steel wires are typically made from 65# or 70# steel; they feature low plasticity, high elasticity, and strong stress resistance.
Applications:
They are mainly used in communication equipment, medical devices, wire wheels, wire brushes, woven nets, steel cables, filters, high-pressure pipes, and tires. In the construction industry, they are used as wiring wires and for springs. They are also utilized in memory foam mattresses, automobiles and various cushions, machinery manufacturing, stationery and power tools, sports equipment, and electrical appliances.

Wire diameter from Φ0.25mm to Φ6.0mm.
Carbon steel wire is made from high-carbon steel wire rods through quenching, pickling, and drawing. To eliminate the internal stresses generated during wire drawing, straightening and tempering treatment are also required. The diameter of steel wires is generally 3 to 8 mm, with a maximum of 12 mm. Steel wires with a diameter of 3 to 4 mm are mainly used in the pretensioning method, while those with a diameter of 5 to 8 mm are used in the post-tensioning method. Steel wires have high strength and a smooth surface.
