Can a φ60 pipe be welded on a three-way T(S)-80-SCh160 fitting?

There are two nozzles at the same elevation in the inlet pipe: three in DN80 size and one in DN50 size. Can a tee T(S)-80-SCh160 be used, with a φ60 nozzle welded to the upper opening?
The scope and form of design are not fixed, nor are they constrained by certain standards and regulations, provided that reliable and accurate calculations form the basis.
The design pressure needs to be taken into account; of course, using a four-way valve directly is the best option
The standard does not specify a four-way connector with three identical sides and one different side
I have used tees, and the engineering company has approved the drawings, which have been sent. Do I still need to send a change?
It should be changed. It is only acceptable if a stress analysis confirms that there are no issues.
