I just replied to the cleaner’s post; I didn’t really want to say anything... but it seems that the cleaners are also struggling with the issue of red envelopes, haha... These past two days, there have been countless posts in the discussion area regarding red envelopes, and everyone has been very active in the discussions... After considering everything, I propose the following solutions: 1. Remove the level restrictions so that everyone can receive them, but reduce the number of red envelopes and their value, with payments made every half month. Those who act quickly will get it, those who are slow won’t… How much you get depends entirely on luck. If it seems appropriate in the future, it can be changed to a fixed amount, a small one. 2. Abolish the daily red envelopes so that no one can receive them; however, I personally think this approach won’t work, as the habit formation among Chinese people is extremely strong... gradual guidance is needed... 3. Allow students in grades one and two of elementary school to receive a ‘charm red envelope’ only once, enabling them to advance directly to grade three, while also eliminating the option of exchanging charms for money. Aren’t the first and second grades of primary school considered to have no permissions? I’m giving you permission now; go in and post a few posts right away at the third grade level… that will meet their needs… Want wealth? Earn it on your own... It would be best to also eliminate the system of earning wealth by posting in different forums... There’s no other choice but to communicate with each other... haha... 4. Change the red envelopes to one per week, or one per month (if technically possible), but increase the amount given, and only award them based on charm levels... Over time, people will get used to receiving them once a week or once a month, and eventually they won’t even want to claim them anymore, haha... In fact, no matter how the red envelope system is set up, there will always be those who complain: those who don’t receive any will ask for more red envelopes, longer intervals between deliveries, or more privileges... Those who do receive them will ask for higher amounts and more types of red envelopes, and once they have wealth they’ll want more charm points... There’s no system in this world that can satisfy everyone; it depends on how you make choices... If reducing the number of red envelopes leads to a decrease in users, then I’d say that those who come to HaiChuan just for the red envelopes might as well not come at all... No successful company has ever managed to retain its customers by distributing gifts... These are just my personal opinions; feel free to criticize them. Thank you!
The boss is right; in fact, receiving red envelopes is just a means to an end, haha. One can’t rely on red envelopes to make a living. Actively participating in forum discussions is the real purpose behind having this red envelope system. I haven’t received any red envelopes for quite some time now; the rewards I get from participating in forum discussions are always much greater than those from red envelopes.
Red envelopes are a form of activity, not a means to get rich; this must be made clear to all members. Regarding the setting of red envelopes, cleaners can now decide on it on their own without any need for discussion. There are endless posts about red envelopes, one after another, with no end in sight, yet many people remain dissatisfied in the end. Of course, this also increases the popularity of the forum. Since last week, the number of posts in the affairs section has often exceeded 200; it is very active there, and it draws the management’s attention away from it, which hinders the development of the technical exchange section.
I strongly support the idea of eliminating the practice of posting topic posts related to wealth. This will help to reduce the occurrence of numerous irrelevant posts and split posts to different threads. As for how the red packets are distributed, it’s impossible to satisfy everyone; this isn’t the original purpose of giving out red packets either. In my opinion, it’s just a matter of habit – if the leader sets rules, then people will get used to it over time. The more aggressive demands actually make no sense; those who really want to work will use that time to communicate, and the value of communication in a day is many times greater than that of red packets. I personally give relatively low scores, but usually I still award at least 5 points for wealth-related contributions. That’s much better than red packets – when I receive them myself, I only get 2 or 3 points.:L
Cancel posting wealth; cancel some red envelopes!
It is possible to cancel the posting of wealth-related content. But could the daily red envelope system be changed to a lottery format? For example, with a 20% chance of winning, and a value of 5 for the red envelope. This would maintain the element of fun, but it might also make people accustomed to giving up on this way of gaining wealth. I’m not sure if this is technically feasible
