Seeking help regarding the process of producing ammonia from methane; experts, please provide a process flow diagram!
It is recommended to visit Shanxi Tianji Group; their crude syngas contains a high level of methane, which is separated using liquid nitrogen washing followed by two stages of conversion before it can be utilized.
Convert methane into H2 and CO. The CO is changed, and then H2 is combined with N2 obtained from air separation to produce amine. Then CO2 reacts with water and ammonia to form urea. It’s available on the forum; you can search for it yourself, and there’s a lot of information available. However, the conversion of methane into ammonia is not taken into account.
