After working for nearly 5 years, I realize I’m far behind!

I studied industrial design; in my first year after graduation I worked at a design company, but I left after a year. I gradually realized that design was what I loved most, but it was already too late. Right now, a state-owned enterprise that’s barely functioning is just going through the motions; I don’t know where to start if I want to learn something related to *crafts. Looking at the lively discussions on this forum, I feel like an outsider; it seems to me that I’m already far behind everyone else without even realizing it… I’m about to turn 30 and still haven’t achieved anything……
Since I worked at a design company in my first year after graduation, I’ll continue working in design now; those years spent at that barely functioning state-owned enterprise can be considered experience.
There are also such doubts. Work hard together with the original poster, believe in yourself, achieve enlightenment soon, and set sail again at an early date!
