Use the specifications used by foreigners; provide those specifications to the steel pipe manufacturers so that they can place orders based on the tolerances. The standards-based specifications are intended for the metal material market, and such standard American-style pipes should also be available in the market.

What standards are to be followed? Is it GB/T3090? If so, where can I download the electronic version of this standard?
Just use the GB/T14976-2002 standard; the manufacturer will know it’s a British-style pipe.
Hehe! This is a pipe that meets foreign standards; 25.4 mm is equivalent to one inch. Just go and buy it directly; the manufacturer knows. Usually, you need to ask the customer which country’s standards are required!

The wall thickness is a bit thin; I’m not sure if it’s standard. It could also be a welded pipe.
