How far above the ground should the pipelines laid on pipe piers be?

Article 1 of 11.4.4 in the \"Code for Design of Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation\" GB50350-2005 stipulates that the bottom of the pipeline laid on pipe supports should be at a height of no less than 0.3m above the ground level. However, I notice that on many drawings the top elevation of the pipe supports is only 0.1m – what’s going on? I wonder if it’s because these pipelines have insulation, which means the distance from the bottom of the rear pipeline to the ground is sufficient? ?
A pipe pier generally refers to the foundation for a pipe rack, on which the actual pipe rack is constructed.
I see that some pipes are simply placed on pipe supports
Guidance brackets are pre-embedded on the pipe pier, with an elevation slightly higher than that of the pipe pier.
Is there any specific schematic diagram or photo from the site upstairs? I still have doubts:$
One type of pipe support has the pipe placed directly on it, while another type has a pipe bracket placed on top, with the pipe being placed on that bracket. Depending on the diameter of the pipe it supports, the height of the pipe support generally ranges from 100 mm to 200 mm.
It is not in conflict with the specifications, as the ground level around the pipe piers may be -0.3m, thus meeting the requirements of the specifications
