Which brand do everyone use for their electric motors, and what is the quality like?

Siemens 250 KW, 17 years old, never repaired, in excellent condition
It hasn’t been repaired in 17 years; that’s amazing – it’s really remarkable that not even the bearings have been replaced! It seems there is still a gap between domestic motors and those from Siemens, ABB, and WEG! Hehe
The structure of ABB’s high-power motors is much better than that of those produced in Nanyang; for the same power rating, these motors can be made smaller. Moreover, their air flow system is quite unique, different from that of domestic motors.
The motors mentioned by the original poster are all well-known domestic brands; we use motors produced by Hengshui Motor Factory, which are relatively cheaper and still perform well.
Nanyang Explosion Protection – this is the one used by our company
We use the following three companies: Nanyang Explosion-Proof, Jiamusi Motor, and Jiangsu Xianda.
We mainly use motors from Nanyang Explosion-Proof Motor Factory, and their quality is pretty good.
We use SIMENS and Nanyang Explosion-Proof； The explosion-proof quality of Nanyang is decent, but the edges and details are not as refined as those of foreign products.
In China, Shanghai Electric motors are the best; Xima Electric, Shenyang Electric, and Lanzhou Electric motors are also good, but I haven’t used any others.
Nanyang Explosion-Proof, Jiamusi Motors, ABB, ALSTOM
The Siemens motor from 2017 has never been repaired, and it has been operating well; its temperature and vibration levels are better than those of the Nanyang explosion-proof motors. You can hardly feel any vibration when you place your hand on it – it’s not an exaggeration; unlike ordinary motors, it doesn’t cause numbness in the hand.
In China, most motors are produced by Nanyang Explosion-Proof Group, while abroad, ABB’s motors are more commonly used.
We use those from Nanyang and Jamus; it seems that these two companies are the only ones in China that produce explosion-proof motors! The quality feels okay! The key is to maintain it properly!
