It depends on the operating pressure you are using; in our furnaces with a pressure of 4.0 MPa (for recording purposes), the low-pressure condensate is usually pressurized to become high-pressure condensate before being fed into the gasification furnace. Part of the high-pressure condensate is heated by steam and then fed into the washing tower to clean the tray plates and replenish water in the tower; from there it goes to the outlet of the vaporizer as spray water for the process gas
