I signed on as an employee at a private company in Shenzhen after graduating from university; I’m not sure if it will be difficult to advance there.
Life isn’t that pessimistic! You’re really lucky to be able to sign on in Shenzhen from :hug:, and it’s a private company as well – the salary is likely good. As long as you work hard, you can earn enough to make ends meet, and after a couple of years you might even be able to take on a minor leadership role. That’s the way one should think, right! ! !
Private companies are relatively flexible when it comes to hiring; it all depends on your skills! Do your best!
Small private companies still have limitations when it comes to management and operation; it’s better to work for a large company in the future.
What really matters is an individual’s abilities and the effort put into work. It’s the same whether in state-owned enterprises or private companies; as long as you put in effort, there will always be a reward. Some state-owned enterprises these days are actually not as good as private enterprises. If one wants to work for a state-owned enterprise, it’s better to choose one that is relatively strong; otherwise, it’s better to work for a private company.
