Graduated from the Petroleum University – should I choose a state-owned enterprise or a private company?
Schools are more or less the same; these days, specialized skills in society aren’t that important. What really matters is one’s personality – those who are willing to work hard and not settle for the status quo, and those who dare to strive, can go to private enterprises. If you want a more stable salary and don’t want to keep moving around, you can choose a state-owned enterprise. There are also those who can first build a foundation in state-owned enterprises before moving on to work in private companies to pursue their careers.
Alumni, hehe, it’s better to join a large state-owned enterprise right after graduation; that’s my personal suggestion
At the same time, alumni also recommend working for large state-owned enterprises; although private companies are more flexible, many of their work practices are not standardized. Our industry is a high-risk one, so it is very important to strictly adhere to safety procedures. Learn well in the state-owned enterprises; if you don’t want to muddle along, it’s never too late to start a business and change jobs.
Of course it’s a state-owned enterprise; private enterprises are too unstable and also very exhausting.
I think it’s better to go to a state-owned enterprise; only there can people be trained, as private companies do not train newcomers
I think one option is to work for a state-owned enterprise; although they might have some drawbacks, they do bear social responsibilities and are obligated to provide training. Private companies, on the other hand, rarely consider such things
If given another chance, I would definitely choose a state-owned enterprise; But if you want to work in a private company, it should be a large one; only then will you have more opportunities to learn and grow, and you’ll be able to meet many experts and learn even more things.
In the state-owned enterprise sector, everything is strictly regulated; only state-owned enterprises can gradually accumulate experience in an orderly manner. Private enterprises may see relatively rapid salary increases at first, but this can lead to poor working habits, which in turn affect one’s professional habits for life
Of course I went to a state-owned enterprise – the income is stable! It would be even better to be able to become a civil servant.
Go and learn something at a state-owned enterprise first; if you feel there’s no room for growth there, then consider switching to a private company.
Go to state-owned enterprises, those in the petrochemical sector; they give preferential treatment to graduates from universities in their field.
Personally, I think it’s better to work in a state-owned enterprise for a few years first!
