Sudden increase in the flue gas temperature TI1-52, 53, 55, 56 in the convection section of Unit 1. 2. Excessive temperatures in the superheated steam at TIA42 and TIA1-43. 3. Increasing the value of FCV-1237 does not result in any change in the temperature of the superheated steam or flue gas. Preventive measures: Due to inadequate safety mechanisms for the superheating burners, ignition can only be carried out for a short period of time (currently set at 4 hours), with dedicated personnel on site to ensure that any issues arising after the burners are shut down can be detected and addressed promptly. Incident handling: P] – If it is detected that the burner has stopped functioning, immediately close the burner control valve. I] – If there is a sudden increase in the flue gas temperature in the convection section of one of the furnace sections, immediately shut down the superheating burner. I] – Close FCV-1237 and FCV-1004. I] – Inform the site to shut down the superheating burner. P] – Close the first three PCV valves. P] – Close the burner control valve as well as the upstream valves. P] – Close the air damper of the superheating burner. I] – In case of a plant shutdown under normal conditions, close FCV-1237 and inform the site to cut off the fuel gas supply to the superheating burner. Shutdown mode: Shut down the superheating burner; if severe equipment damage occurs, then shut down the entire system – 101-B, 101-BU, and 103-B will also be shut down as a result
