Start-up conditions for 104-J/JB: 1. Medium-pressure steam at 21.38 T is required, which means PCV-25 needs to discharge nearly 30% of its content. 2. The site must be instructed to open PCV-15, as nearly 9.38 T of low-pressure steam needs to be removed; otherwise, the low-pressure steam network will experience excessive pressure. 3. Excessive low-pressure can prevent 104-J/JB from reaching its desired speed, as the backpressure becomes too high, and the unit may be subjected to excessive pressure. 4. When the water level in the drum becomes too high and it is necessary to reduce the speed of 104-J/JB, the control room can do this by reducing the flow through MCV-27/28. If the speed still does not decrease after closing MCV-27/28, the site should be instructed to shut down the unit, and the instrumentation team should be contacted for further action. 5. Under normal operating conditions, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, 104-JA is used; 104-J/JB is activated only during startup/shutdown operations or in the event of a fault with 104-JA. Under normal circumstances, 104-J/JB is in a low-speed standby state.
