Does anyone know if this company is hiring master’s graduates this year? What are the working conditions like? What are the prospects for the company’s development?

Jiangsu Zhongneng – as far as I know, they produce polysilicon (I’m not aware of anything else they do). They are currently recruiting employees for their factory in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia; the first phase of that factory is already in operation while the second phase will be completed soon. They are looking for undergraduates and graduates, and during the recruitment presentations it was mentioned that employees will enjoy good benefits and a pleasant working environment (after all, polysilicon is very popular these days). Moreover, outstanding employees who work in Inner Mongolia are given housing; the pictures show beautiful garden-style houses, haha. But I’m not sure what the situation is like in Xilinhot – its future prospects are unclear, as there are many polysilicon projects being developed there right now
The headquarters is in Xuzhou, right? They keep talking about hiring all day long, but no actual recruitment takes place; it seems that most positions are already assigned to certain people! I really think you should go and check out the district office if you want to! I heard the salary is pretty good. A classmate of mine who graduated from a junior college (with a different major) started working there and earned over 3,000 yuan right away; now he earns more than 4,000 yuan as an operator!
The working conditions are a bit more dangerous than those in ordinary chemical plants. With the current economic crisis, the benefits aren’t as good as what is advertised
