Could some expert please advise whether it’s feasible to have the entire first floor of the joint control room serve as operation rooms?
The first floor can be used as a control room, but there should be space under the floor to facilitate the installation of control cables.
Why not? Our entire plant’s control rooms are all on the first floor, so it’s even more feasible for the joint control room mentioned by the poster to be on the first floor as well. However, it is still required that the wall of the alignment device be an explosion-proof wall, and there should be space beneath the floor to facilitate the installation of control cables.
Buildings are constructed for efficiency; if your factory site is large enough, the control building can certainly be placed on the first floor, or even built as a single-story structure.
We are currently working on the preliminary design, and I think it’s feasible to use the first floor as an operation room, which would facilitate work. The control room, dispatch room, and office for the production workshop should all be located in a control building.
All of them can be used as operation rooms; the raised floor not only facilitates cable installation but also allows the use of high-performance floors to eliminate static electricity and ensure the safety of microcomputers.
Anything is possible... It’s right to keep the ground at a distance; firstly, this helps with the grounding of wires, and secondly, it prevents moisture from entering and aids in insulation. Air conditioning is necessary indoors to maintain the temperature. The control room is surrounded by explosion-proof walls as required.
