I am currently working on an analysis report. How is the production cost of coal-based urea calculated? Production cost per ton of synthetic ammonia = Price of raw material 1 per ton × amount used + Price of raw material 2 per ton × amount used. Production cost per ton of urea = Price of raw material 1 per ton × amount used + Price of raw material 2 per ton × amount used. (Due to differences in manufacturing processes, the energy consumption can vary significantly; it is also possible to use theoretical or standard values.)
