I would be grateful if experts could advise me on how to determine the control process parameters at the plant level, workshop level, and section level; what criteria are used for such classification, and which department is responsible for it?
After the product began to be produced stably, the technical department, the production department, and the enterprise management department jointly determined a process parameter, with no grading applied
1. Process control indicators at the plant level that relate to safety and product quality; 2. Process control indicators at the workshop level related to intermediate energy consumption and material usage; 3. Other indicators are process control indicators at the section level. These are proposed by the production department for approval by the Production Management Section
It is recommended to determine the control content at each level according to a certain ratio based on their importance. Our company has established a three-level supervision system for processes, and its implementation and effectiveness are quite good. 100% control at the section level, 50% control at the workshop level, and 20% control at the plant level. Each level of control focuses on different aspects.
The process parameters are the same. However, at the plant level and the workshop level, there is a difference in that only the important or key process parameters are generally controlled.
