When starting the pump, pay attention to the inlet and outlet valves, cooling water, shaft rotation, pump temperature, lubricating oil, etc. During regular inspections, check the level and color of the lubricating oil, as well as the pressure difference at the pump’s inlet and outlet, current levels, whether there are any abnormal noises during operation, whether the shafts are aligned properly, and the pump’s anti-freezing measures. In short, careful attention is required to ensure the safe, stable, and long-term operation of the pump.
