I want to create a reactor in which the aqueous phase is continuously heated to around 200 degrees before being fed into the reactor. To prevent the aqueous phase from vaporizing, the reactor must maintain a certain pressure. Since feeding must be continuous, discharge must also be continuous; therefore, discharge must occur simultaneously at both the top and bottom of the reactor. The control valve for continuous discharge must not only keep the reactor pressure constant but also adjust its opening degree in response to changes in the feed rate. I would appreciate it if someone could advise me on whether such a device can be built easily, what type of control valve should be used, and provide more detailed guidance. Thank you very much!

By doing this, a level measuring instrument is installed at the bottom of the reactor, a pressure measuring instrument is placed in the upper part of the reactor (in the gas phase), and a control valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the reactor. Using cascade control, with pressure control as the main loop and level control as the secondary loop, it is possible to regulate the pressure while also ensuring that the level remains within a certain range and does not drop to zero.
