Recently, the desulfurization efficiency in coking has been poor, due to the rapid degradation of the desulfurizing agent and a high content of thermally stable salts. Please analyze possible solutions!
1. What is the heat source for the reboiler at the bottom of the regeneration tower? Is the temperature too high? If the temperature of the heat source is too high, the temperature of some N-methyl-diethanolamine will become extremely high. It seems that N-methyl-diethanolamine begins to degrade at 168 degrees. 2.
