The high-pressure cylinder of the compressor is prone to being filled with methamine. Does anyone have a steam purging scheme for the high-pressure cylinder of CO2 centrifugal compressors? Are there any things to keep in mind?
Many factories have experienced similar incidents; please, experienced colleagues, share your insights! It has not happened in our factory yet. In some factories, the dehydrogenation catalysts have become contaminated, but after being cleaned, they still perform well.

1 Thoroughly purge； 2 Clean out low-point emissions ； 3 Final nitrogen purging ； 4 If it is a mechanical seal, it needs to be removed and cleaned.
If the centrifuge uses a dry gas seal, it is essential to supply isolation gas as well as primary and secondary sealing gases. The pressure of the primary sealing gas must be higher than that of the steam; nitrogen should be used for both the primary and secondary sealing gases to prevent steam from entering the dry gas seal and damaging it.
