Please help to resolve the following issue: For a very light powdered material, the following processes need to be carried out: drying, grinding, screening, iron removal, automatic weighing, and packaging. Should I choose mechanical conveying or pneumatic conveying? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each of the two? How should the various processes be connected to ensure that dust does not escape and to achieve clean production? What is the difference in power consumption among them? A comparison of investments? Thank you all for your answers; I’ll offer some wealth as a gift.
