Regarding the installation of Aspen ONE V7

A few days ago I downloaded Aspen ONE V7, and I was planning to install it today. The instructions suggested that it’s better not to install Office. Indeed, I encountered an issue during the installation process; after uninstalling Office, I was able to continue installing Aspen ONE V7 and finally complete the installation. My idea was to install Office after Aspen ONE V7 was installed, but it turned out that Office couldn’t be installed. I want to ask what’s going on here; can it be fixed? It’s so troublesome to use it without Office. Also, my system is XP – does using Vista avoid such problems?

I’m also on XP; I haven’t uninstalled Office, and everything installed properly. It’s just that when trying to run it, it says the enterprise database cannot be used

I followed the instructions you gave. Note: 1. My computer system is Win XP SP2 ； 2. Before installation, no software other than the system was installed. 3. The cracked file used is a TLF group file, which is the one commonly used by everyone. 4. Based on past installation experience, it is best not to install OFFICE. The fourth point states that it’s best not to install Office, and that’s exactly why I uninstalled Office; otherwise, it would be impossible to proceed with the installation.
I installed Office first, and there were no problems.
Try installing a different version of Office. I first installed V7, and then Office 2007, with no problems occurring.
