Production technology for EVA resin?

I want to study the production process of EVA resin and learn about its manufacturing workflow. I’ve heard that most of these processes are similar to those used for producing PE, with the addition of VAc as a copolymer. I’m not sure what the differences are in their production processes, and I also wonder whether the extrusion and granulation process for EVA resin is similar to that used for PE granulation Please ask the experts for some guidance, hehe

Mainly, compressors are prone to corrosion, which makes it difficult to produce grades with high VA content. At the same time, the tube wall tends to stick together, resulting in large crystal particles. The conventional granulation process can only produce grades with low melt index and low VA content. Varieties with high VA content and high melt index flow like water and are difficult to granulate. Therefore, a strong cooling device is required.
