Please discuss the production costs associated with coal-based syngas production in various companies. {Discuss how many cubic meters of syngas (CO+H2) can be produced per ton of bituminous coal?} Everyone is welcome to participate actively; thank you!
It’s good to see people sharing information on coal consumption (the amount of coal used per 1000 Nm3 of (CO+H2)). In response to the original poster, I’ll share some data: for dry coal powder gasification, the actual coal consumption is around 720 Kg/1000 Nm3 (CO+H2), while the equivalent coal consumption in terms of standard coal is about 535 Kg/1000 Nm3 (CO+H2)
The Shaohang furnace uses 693 Kg of coal per KNm3 of effective gas, which is equivalent to 530 Kg of standard coal
