These days, overseas oil field jobs always require graduates; experienced undergraduate professionals with prior experience are becoming less in demand. Why is that?
Leaders prefer people with high educational qualifications, and we are the same.
There might indeed be a gap; otherwise, what’s the point of having graduate and doctoral programs?
