The key factor is the length of the newly installed pipeline; in most cases, hydraulic cleaning is also carried out, and it is necessary to check the condition of the gas emerging from the outlet. Generally, the longer the pipeline, the thicker the inlet pipe is required to be.
Use an DN20 industrial blower to purge the pipeline; if the pipeline to be purged has residual pressure in containers, pipelines smaller than DN100 can be used; If there is no container, connect the pipeline directly for purging; the maximum effective pipe diameter is DN50, as larger diameters will not allow for effective purging. For pipelines larger than DN100, it is best to first rinse them with water and then use the blast cleaning method, which will result in a cleaner cleaning effect.

It is better to use explosive purging for pipelines
Blasting is certainly more effective than purging, but it’s not like blasting should be used for every type of pipeline after all; blasting is much more labor-intensive than purging. By the way, if blasting is to be used for a pipeline and pressure is stored in a container, will the internal components inside that container get damaged?
Blasting purging: the pressure is usually 1.5 times the normal operating pressure!!
For values below 100, direct purging is sufficient; for values below 250, intermittent purging can be used – first allow a certain pressure to build up in the pipeline and then release it quickly through the port, repeating this process several times. For values above 250, detonation is a better method.
