I think the team leader is like the vanguard; only when she stands firm can the other employees stand firm as well. Cultivating a class leader depends on three key factors: responsibility, work ability, and compassion. A sense of responsibility is the prerequisite for doing work well; work ability serves as the guarantee, while compassion is the key that enables a team to become a cohesive unit.
