As shown in the following table: Troubleshooting method: The zero position of the regulating valve is too high and the valve does not close in place. Adjust the zero position and perform full stroke verification. The stroke of the regulating valve is not enough, the opening is not enough to adjust the range, and the zero position and full stroke are repeatedly verified. The valve is suddenly fully closed or fully opened. Check whether the feedback rod of the positioner has fallen off, whether the diaphragm is cracked, the leakage valve cannot be opened, or does not respond to the input signal. Check whether there is a handwheel limit, or the valve core is stuck. Disassemble the valve and check for slow movement. Is the lower cylinder balance valve fully closed? Check whether the valve is leaking. Check whether the valve is fully closed, or whether the valve core is damaged by erosion. The disassembled treatment valve has a weak effect on flow regulation. Check whether the valve body is blocked, especially the valve cage. The linearity of the disassembled and cleaned treatment valve is not good. Check the accessories of the valve to confirm whether each accessory is not leaking or whether the valve positioner is installed in an inappropriate position.
