Dear experts in equipment, I have a question I’d like to ask. About an hour after the compensating oil cup was filled with oil, it started leaking again. However, no oil stains were visible on the cup or on the ground around it; it seems that all the oil must have leaked into the bearing box. Yet, there wasn’t much change in the oil level in the bearing box either. What could be the possible reasons for this? How to solve it?
Perhaps the oil level in the bearing box is too low. Open the top of the oil tank to add oil, and use an appropriate amount of lubricant in accordance with the three-stage filtration requirements, and the problem will be resolved.
Additional note for the second floor: It’s also possible that the oil level in the oil filler cap is too high; when the oil level in the bearing housing is high, oil can leak out along the shaft. This is one of the reasons why continuous refilling of oil is necessary. The oil filler cap’s refill line can be lowered by machining； It is also possible that the oil cup is not sealed properly and is leaking, which causes oil to be replenished directly. You can replace it with another oil cup to determine whether this is the cause.
