For our 4M32-186 model from Shanghai Dalong Compressors, the temperature at the four outlets has risen to 143 degrees Celsius, and the pressure at the three outlets has increased. What could be the cause? Open it and check that the four-way and five-way valves are airtight, and that the five piston rings are in good condition. A 4-stage jacket with little or no water can increase the temperature at the 4th outlet, and it can also affect the pressure in the earlier stages. I’m not very familiar with the model used by the original poster, but I think the cylinder jacket of the compressor in that model wouldn’t be completely devoid of water or have such little water in it; therefore, the impact on the pressure in the 3rd stage shouldn’t be significant. Could it be that the gasket inside the valve isn’t properly installed? Of course, if there is backflow from the balance section, the poster might as well look for the cause in the backflow from that section or in the adjustments to the clearance.
