During the morning shift electric furnace heating production, the second section of the medium transformer overheated by 20°C. After taking over, I was confused. Is the production load about the same? The system pressure difference has not increased? Only the cold shock water flow rate between the second stage of the intermediate transformer increased. The temperature gauge of the second stage of the medium transformer was calibrated by the instrument engineer and turned out to be 50°C higher. After the cold shock water was reduced and the temperature was raised, the furnace resumed normal production due to the power outage.
