In the carbon dioxide stripping method, the ammonia content at the outlet of the stripper is low, at around 6.4% (the specified value being 8%), while the carbon dioxide content is normal at 10%. With a low ammonia content, the stripping efficiency is definitely high. This indicates that the stripper of the poster is in good working condition.

The amount of ammonia discharged from the stripping tower is below the design value; if there are no errors, that’s certainly ideal, as both energy consumption and material usage will be low, which will please the boss. It is also recommended to check whether the ammonia/carbon ratio is low; operating at a low ammonia/carbon ratio for an extended period can have negative effects, such as hindering corrosion prevention.
I think it’s due to a low ~H/C~; it should be between 0.4 and 0.55! Your conversion rate must be very high~! Your consumption is also very low~! But I think your output could be increased a bit more~! You are operating at low NH3 and low water levels, right?
