This topic has been made incredibly big. For basic theory, you can find a book to read. The equipment and manufacturing processes can indeed be discussed, but it needs to be clear that relying on certain fundamental processes would be excessive. There is really a lack of information on this topic; I hope kind people will share more so that there will be something to learn from.
