Fire separation distance for substation in the factory area

The Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings specifies clear fire separation requirements between outdoor substation buildings and factories, storage tanks, etc., but no such clear regulations seem to exist for substation buildings themselves, although Article 3.3.14 states that they should not be located within Class A or Class B factories. For separately located substation and distribution stations, how should the fire separation distances from various types of factories and tank areas be determined?
Adopt the same fire protection distance as that of the substation.
