I don’t know which menu contains the analog output function in that 375 controller

The 375 handheld controller cannot be connected directly to the DCS channels, as the two have different methods of signal transmission. 375 is used for Hart protocol transmission, and communication with DCS can only be carried out through modules that support the Hart protocol. Channel testing is carried out through hard wiring; analog or digital signals must be applied to the channels in accordance with the signal support capabilities.
Model 375 seems to lack that function; you need to use a series-connected instrument, and then utilize the \"loop test\" parameter for testing. This allows for arbitrary settings. The readings are displayed on the field instrument, as well as on the corresponding DCS system. Alternatively, you can use the Thermal Engineering Handbook to output signals externally
