What should I do if I take the temperature measuring box into the inner floating roof oil tank?

When the measurer was measuring the fuel, the temperature measuring box got stuck in the inner floating roof gasoline tank and could not be removed no matter how hard it was removed. What's going on? Does anyone have any ideas?
It's probably stuck. If it's too long, it's hard to get up. Sorry, there's no good way.
Usually it can only be obtained when the tank is cleared. The rest can only be hooked out by luck and using a copper hook. The probability is relatively small, but I have hooked it out once.

There is no problem with the dip hole or guide tube. The problem lies in the sampling tube or oil measuring box. The main reason is that the connection part is weakly welded or desoldered. The operator uses excessive force, which can easily cause the connection part to become disconnected. Of course, the operator's failure to conduct necessary inspections of the equipment before entering the tank is also the main reason. There are three sampling tubes in the canister in my unit, and only one of them was lucky enough to be hooked up.
