In my opinion, the opening degree of the butterfly valve should not be too small, especially for the flow control butterfly valve at the outlet of the centrifugal fan Please discuss
Agree with the second floor’s opinion; generally, traffic control at the entrance is used.
Our unit uses imports for control
A butterfly valve is a rotary valve that uses a disc-shaped closing element (butterfly plate) to rotate 90° around its axis in order to open and close the passage. Based on the structure of the disc, butterfly valves can be classified into the following types: centerline butterfly valve, single-eccentric butterfly valve, double-eccentric butterfly valve, and triple-eccentric butterfly valve. Features of butterfly valves: (1) Small external dimensions, short length, simple structure, and light weight, making them particularly suitable for large-diameter pipelines. (2) It is easy to operate, opens and closes quickly, with low operating torque and fluid resistance. (3) It has good sealing and regulating performance, allowing the valve disc to achieve precise flow control within an opening angle of 15° to 70°. (4) Due to the limitations of the sealing material, butterfly valves have a limited range of operating pressures and temperatures. If a metal seal is used, the operating pressure and temperature can be increased. Suitable for manufacturing large-diameter valves for crude oil, petroleum products, and water media at temperatures below 80 °C and pressures below 1.0 MPa.
