The procedure for launching new projects

We are an oil refining and chemical plant, and we would like to know what processes are required to launch a new project I have a general idea that it involves feasibility studies, approval processes, energy assessments, environmental impact evaluations, design work, construction, final handover, and commencement of work – but I’m not sure if this is the correct sequence of steps Thanks in advance to anyone who has information on this!

I wonder if you have the necessary approval procedures. If the **approval has not yet been obtained (although the approval procedures seem to vary from province to province), what you mentioned are only the main aspects related to project construction; the approval process also involves many other complicated procedures, including land approval. If the project utilizes marine areas or forest land, then there is also a need for approval for those areas as well, and reports from the relevant competent authorities are required for all of this. Furthermore, the safety supervision department is also required to conduct safety reviews (including pre-safety reviews for feasibility studies)

The sequence is more or less the same; there should also be a safety assessment, which is now very important as well. During construction, there’s also the issue of handover procedures. If we wait until the final handover, it will be too late to address many problems, so intermediate handovers are necessary. After the design is completed, there’s also a drawing review process, as the designs prepared by the design institutes aren’t always perfect. It’s necessary to organize people to review the drawings before construction can begin. I hope this helps!
