Call for proposals regarding the management rules for the technical exchange area for heat exchange equipment

This is a post I made a few days ago; at that time I was just an ordinary member, but now I am an official moderator. To improve this forum further, I have decided to use this post as a call for suggestions regarding its management rules. For particularly good suggestions, I will give generous rewards to their authors. I would also like to propose that this forum belongs to everyone – we are here for technical exchanges. Let’s all strive to engage in meaningful technical discussions. Our goal is to help everyone who comes to Haichuan gain knowledge and improve together. Those who try to accumulate points here in a selfish manner are acting unwise, as it will be difficult for them to get any points. I hope we can work together to make our forum better and enhance the quality of exchanges within it, thus creating a better learning environment for us all at Haichuan.

I agree with the moderator’s opinion; good things should all be placed in the resource area. 1. Whether it’s a good topic or a good reply, it should be marked as a featured post. 2. The best replies should be kept, while meaningless replies should be deleted; finally, the moderators will summarize all the best replies and place them at the top. 3. Summarize and move all pinned posts to the resources section for easier access. In this way, once members enter the forum, they first go to the information section to look for answers to the questions they need help with; if an answer is available, they resolve the issue right away, without having to search in other sections or seek help elsewhere. 4. Essential posts that do not have fixed answers can also be discussed in the resources section; however, it is recommended that moderators strengthen the management of this section, preventing the posting of meaningless posts or removing them promptly. Significance: 1. Rewarding good topics or high-quality posts helps to encourage members to post high-quality content, thereby reducing the number of useless posts. 2. It facilitates searching and learning*, reducing time wastage. 3. Clear objectives for queries or learning* increase traffic to the resource area. 4. Increase the sense of honor among members of the Essence Patch program. Improve the quality of posts made by members. 5. Keeping the excellent replies as posts allows other members to understand how their own replies can meet the standards for being considered excellent posts. Not all resolved issues are placed in the information section, otherwise it becomes too messy there and organizing it would be troublesome. The information section should ideally consist of standard manuals or similar materials. If a post is truly good, it’s best for the moderator to organize it themselves; posting a separate link is also a good option

Those for which a clear answer already exists should be classified as “Solved”; if anyone posts further comments on them, there’s no need to give any scores again. If you want to organize things, simply leave a comment on the first post indicating which floor holds the correct answer.
