I study project management, and its scope is quite broad. Things such as preliminary research for a project, project approval, selection of manufacturing processes, preliminary design, detailed engineering design, equipment procurement, equipment installation, commissioning, production, and operation are all part of project management. Project process management, construction progress, quality, on-site changes. Safety management, cost management, on-site organization and coordination. Emergency incident. There are too many; every time I face a new project, new problems arise. I always feel like I’m a newcomer every time. Hehehe
Civil construction is a relatively important and complex aspect of project management, but the original poster didn’t mention it.
With every new project, new problems arise.
There is also the management of coordinating the work of various specialized contractors during on-site installation.
It feels like one needs to learn and observe more, so as to have confidence when the need arises. Even without experience, it’s possible to find a way to solve problems through everyday learning. After all, in the workplace, one can’t wait until faced with various problems before trying to deal with them; learning and observing more is key!

I recommend that you read PMBOOK, as it will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the aspects involved in project management. This is a fundamental read; those involved in project management need to understand this book.
