When unloading from a tank truck, the installation position of the unloading pump is usually such that its inlet is below the outlet of the tank truck’s tank, creating a height difference that facilitates the proper operation of centrifugal-type unloading pumps. 3. The materials to be unloaded are pumped into the storage tank, thereby completing the process of unloading the raw materials. 4. The gas connection pipe between the tank and the tank truck is necessary because, during unloading, as the liquid level in the tank rises, the pressure in its gas space increases, resulting in large-scale breathing. Without this connection pipe, the nitrogen used for sealing the tank would be discharged in large quantities through the breathing valve, leading to waste of nitrogen, environmental pollution, and certain safety risks ; The gas that passes through the gas-connected pipeline is directly discharged into the tank of the tank truck, which not only helps to achieve pressure balance but also ensures that a slight positive pressure exists inside the tank for safety purposes.
