What the poster means is that the post was published on 2009-4-5, while the editing date was 2009-2-28; thus, the editing took place before the posting date, and the time difference is quite large. In my opinion, this issue arose because the server time had problems a few days after HaiChuan servers were relocated, and the post happened to be edited at that time.
