consult: How to combine various loads?
What kind of load does the poster's "load" refer to? I suggest that the poster make the problem more clear in the future.
In mechanical design, load usually refers to the external force exerted on the machine or structure.; In power machinery, it usually refers to the power required to complete the work ; In electrical engineering, it refers to the power received by an electrical device or component from the power source. In addition, some non-mechanical factors that can cause internal forces in a mechanical structure are sometimes called loads. Loads can be classified from different perspectives: ①It can be divided into static load and dynamic load according to the size, direction and whether the point of action changes with time. ; The static load includes a dead load that does not change with time (such as self-weight) and a quasi-static load that changes slowly so that the inertial force can be omitted (such as boiler pressure). Dynamic loads include short-term rapid impact loads (such as air hammers), periodic loads that change periodically over time (such as air compressor crankshafts), and non-periodic random loads (such as automobile engine crankshafts). ②According to the load distribution, it can be divided into concentrated load and distributed load. Distributed load can be divided into three types: body load, surface load and line load. ③ According to the effect of load on the deformation of the rod, it can be divided into axial tension or compression load, bending load and torsion load. Usually, the load can be obtained by calculation method or actual measurement method. The load calculated using the mechanical formula based on the rated power is called the nominal load (also known as the rated load). It does not take into account factors such as the non-uniformity of load action and distribution over time and the stress conditions of other parts. The combined effects of these factors are often corrected with load factors. The product of the load factor and the nominal load is called the calculated load. It is the basis for design calculations.
