As the title suggests, technical specifications would be ideal. Calculate the orifice diameter of the orifice plate. I downloaded one from the forum that didn’t work well.
We do have calculation software for throttle devices, in accordance with GB/T2624-2006 standards, but it is not free, so it cannot meet your requirements. Furthermore, most throttle device calculation software is now available for paid use.
Actually, I also need calculation software for throttling devices, but manufacturers or design institutes simply won’t provide it to you; there’s nothing you can do about it. If necessary, you will have to ask the manufacturer to do the calculation for you.

In the appendix of version 93, there are two examples for calculating the diameter ratio and mass flow rate; one can follow that calculation procedure and use Excel to carry out iterative calculations – usually four iterations are sufficient to meet the required standards. The diameter ratio obtained according to this standard, that is, the hole diameter, is fairly similar to that provided by the manufacturer. :lol
Our company also manufactures standard orifice plates, and we can provide free calculations for users. The software was purchased for over 10,000 yuan, so it’s not possible to make it available to others.
It’s not a good idea to write your own program to calculate the throttling device, as mistakes are almost certain to occur, which would cause problems. Commercial computing software costs money, but it is only made available for use after being tested; otherwise, it wouldn’t be sold.
