When is the valve in the vacuum system that releases condensate to the outside opened? Does it switch to automatic operation right after the pump starts? Should it be started after the condensing turbine is brought online?
We usually switch the level interlock to automatic mode after the condensate pump starts up and the liquid level in the condenser stabilizes.
I strongly request that you provide me with the startup procedure for the compressors at your factory. Thank you; we have a test on startup this week! Our factory still doesn’t have a driving program

It depends on your process. In some designs of vacuum systems, the cooling is achieved using the condensate from surface cooling as a cooling source; a condensate pump is required for this purpose. It is necessary to fill the surface cooling system with deionized water in advance, which means the pump has to be started ahead of time. If the vacuum system is cooled by circulating water, it is also possible to start the pump once there is a sufficient liquid level in the surface cooler, and then enable automatic control; alternatively, the pump can be started in advance to initiate circulation.
