How to dismantle the economizer flue most economically

We have a 35T circulating fluidized bed boiler for which we plan to replace the economizer. Could everyone please suggest a simple and effective way to remove the vertical flue wall?
The method is for reference only: Secure the wall at the upper part of the economizer, then remove the walls above and below the economizer to create a steel platform on which the entire economizer can be pulled out. Use a crane or other lifting equipment to lower the old economizer and raise the new one. On the platform, move the new economizer to its installation position, and then repair the walls of the flue; fill any gaps with casting material.
