Generally, manufacturers require the compressor to operate for a short time in the unloaded state. If the operation time is long, over-temperature may occur and the valve may even be damaged. The reason is that the compressed gas cannot be discharged, causing the temperature to gradually rise and reach the temperature where the valve plate is damaged. The above phenomenon occurs.
