The pump does not start

The oil transfer pump passes the electrical tests, but it fails to start properly. What could be the reason? There are no alarms, and the interlock system also shows no alarms
Has the pump motor burned out? If the motor isn’t burned out, it’s probably due to incorrect wiring.
First, disconnect the coupling to check whether the electrical circuit is functioning properly. Rotate the pump again to confirm it is functioning properly. Then resume the no-load test run of the coupling; if there are no issues, proceed with the load test run! Also, what does it mean by not being able to start properly? Be clearer! Checking the motor’s power supply and the condition of its windings should resolve the issue.
After resolving the issue on the 3rd floor, check whether the motor’s terminals are connected in reverse; if they are, the current will be extremely high and the switch will trip
